- Customer Data are created once and stored.
- Customer Address can be in USA or International Style.
- A customer can be found by searching for any field in a customer record (Name, Street, etc)
Searching will find all records that match the Search Criteria
E.G. Street named Main, finds all accounts on Main St, St. Germaine Ave, and Maine Blvd, etc. - The customer screen presents all Customer names alphabetically in a drop down window.
You can open the window and scroll for a customer or begin typing a name and Name Search will use "Type Ahead" to search for a customer match. - If you have a telephone "daisy-chained" to your PC, you can auto-dial the account from the customer screen, (and many others).
Business Information
- You create your Business Information once, it is used by all Programs and Applets.
- You enter and save your LOGO once.
Print Settings
- You select two primary colors for Text (data) and Borders as well as a primary font.
Some document features over ride these settings for specific fields such as Invoice totals etc.
Etc, Etc
All Vendors, Suppliers, Bank Data, Account Records, Taxation Settings, etc are created once and used by all other programs and applets.
(Applets are free programs packaged with a "for sale program" or "suite").
