The top 2 portions of the check go to the recipient, the bottom is for your records.
Deposit Creation - Deluxe Form 80200, is a Deposit Slip where the items making up the deposit, (Currency, Customer Checks, etc) are listed on the Deposit Slip portion (Top), and a Sales Summary is printed on the bottom portion.
