Citrus Proposal
Any type of company can use Citrus Proposal.

Easy to Create!
Select a Customer
Create the body of the Proposal; enter Manually, preload it from a template,
or load it from a file previously created (Notepad © ).
Enter  the Proposed price
The generic header and terms, (We hereby propose........... and All material is guaranteed.............. , etc),
or your custom terms are automatically inserted.
Select a Payment Option:

• In full upon completion

• A Down Payment and Final Payment

• A Payment Schedule of up to eight payments

A date for each Payment is selected by clicking on a calendar.
With the click of a button, you can divide the payments equally or you can enter different amounts for each payment.
The amounts are automatically checked to insure that the Payment Amounts total the Proposed price.

Once the Payment Schedule is completed, the Proposal prints.
Proposals (except Field Proposals) are numbered and a brief summation is stored.

A Field Proposal
Citrus Proposal has an optional feature for contractors and tradesmen.
Frequently, a visit to a customer or job site is required in order to produce a proposal.
We refer to this feature as a "Field Proposal", which simply has the header information,
(your business info, Logo, customer data), and disclaimer preprinted and the balance of the body lined off.
You can manually enter the deliverables, price and payment schedule while visiting the Customer or Job Site.
Field Proposals do not increment the proposal counter and are not recorded.

As with all other Citrusware Programs, Customer Information is generated once and saved.
When you create the body of the Proposal (your deliverables) , the information can be saved
as a template, which can be reused for future Proposals.
You can create as many Templates as you wish.
A template contains frequently Proposed items, terms and conditions.
You can create your own custom Terms and Disclaimer. See Terms and Disclaimer.

A company named Graytex offers specialized 2 and 3 part carbonless transfer paper
which can be used to produce the Field Proposals.
Print the proposal set (2 or 3 part) at the office and bring it to the job site.
(Use plain paper and carbon paper if you wish).
