Unfortunately, many Websites linking to us, incorrectly list our
FREE and COMMERCIAL programs as TBYB, this is incorrect.
We regret any confusion this might cause. We have no control over them.Licensing
In general, you are granted one license for one PC. (Multiple Licenses are available; visit the Reseller Page)
A license is not transferable*.
A License Key is sent to you when you order a Program or Suite. The License Key can be used twice**.
SAVE the license key information for when/if you have a disc failure or replace your PC.
If you are REPLACING A PC
Copy all Citrusware Text Files to some removable media.
All files are located on your Hard Drive (Usually C): /Program Files/Citrusware and end with a suffix of .txt
FYI - If you burn files to a CD or DVD, the files are written as READ ONLY. When copying to a new drive or PC, the file attribute of each file must changed.
YOU MUST UNINSTALL ALL CITRUSWARE APPLICATIONS FROM THE ORIGINAL PC.

Run the install package, and enter your original License Key.

Order Information
We use a company named RegNow to securely process your transaction.
Once your Credit Card (or other payment mode) is verified, the order process continues.
You will be given instructions on how to download and what to do if you need to reload the installation package.
The download link can be quite lengthy. Make sure you copy it entirely. We do not deliver the installation package.

Beta Testing
Beta Testing is a process by which we ask customers to assist us in the final evaluation of a program before it is released for sale.
You will be given the program and a limited license to use the program.
We ask you to give us feedback (good and bad) every few weeks. We welcome suggestions.
If you help us (report as we request), we will issue you a permanent license for the program and you can use it forever.Contact Information

Please tell us:
who you are (at least your 1st and last names),
what program you are using, and the
version number (displayed when the Program Starts).
your order number (from RegNow when you ordered the program).
If you do not know your order number, supply the approximate date of purchase.
Without this information, we can not easy verify your status as an existing customer.
If you wish, provide us with your contact information, so we can reach you.
We do not Save, Sell or use your Contact Information in any other way.We answer all other correspondence within one Business Day.
