Citrus Dispatcher is designed for companies who typically receive Requests for Service and schedule technicians to respond. Citrus Dispatcher is a date and time oriented program.
That means, a customer's request for service creates an electronic service slip for a specific date and time. Time required is entered in hours and the service slip is assigned to a technician.
The electronic service slip drives all subsequent procedures.
Work Schedules can be printed at any time.
Service slips can be rescheduled up to the end of the day on which the work is to be performed.
The day a slip expires, it must be accounted for by entering completion data.Automatic Service Selection - create a list of Services once, select from a drop down menu while creating the Service Slip, add to the list if needed.
Automatic Assignment - create a list of Assignments, such as City Vehicle #1, City Vehicle #2, County Vehicle #1, etc., add to the list if needed.
With one click, you can view schedule data for each hour of the day and automatically call the account.
View Monthly Assignments - view the entire months work load for an assignment (team, individual ,etc) while creating a service slip.
This assists in helping find time available for the service slip.
You can click through all assignments and the calendar automatically loads the next assignment.
Extended Work Day Scheduling - the work day is extended to 6am - 6pm.
This feature allows you to schedule non-work related events such as presentations, vehicle restocking, etc.
Record Service Request and Schedule Later - service slips can be created without being assigned and processed at a later time.
All stored requests are presented in a grid for easy selection.
Schedule Recurring Events - events can be customer related requiring invoicing or not, or non-customer related.
Examples would be regularly Scheduled Service, a Maintenance Plan that is prepaid,
or an administrative task such as Restock Vehicles.
Block Days - for vacations, Holidays etc to prevent inadvertent scheduling.
Service Slip Tracking - all service slips are recorded and summation information can be viewed and reconciled.

Schedule Customer Meetings
Unattended Call Monitoring - if you have a voice grade modem and subscribe to Caller ID, calls can be logged while away from the office.
Calls are presented in a list, accounts can be automatically called.
Reminder Calling - place Reminder Calls for upcoming service by date.
Simply select the date from a calendar and all customers and their telephone numbers are presented in a grid.
Click on the telephone number and your PC dials the customer.
Print Work Schedules - each Service Assignment can be viewed and printed at any time.
Print Service Invoices - turn plain paper into invoices.
Create pre-printed Service Invoices, if you do not require complicated service invoices, you can select from three styles and turn plain paper into invoices.
Some styles can have up to 8 items with prices pre-printed.

Citrus Dispatch Center is a Service Dispatch Board program.
Service Selection Specific data is entered for each Service Slip. Contract Services are automatically loaded and available for selection from a drop down menu if Citrus Recurring Services or Citrus Invoicer is installed
Assignments can be employees or sub-contractors (unlimited).
Work Schedules each Service Assignment can be viewed and printed daily.
With one click, you can view customer data for each hour of the day and call the account.
Service Slip Tracking Service slips pass through phases (automatically) as the slip progresses from created, assigned, in progress and completed.
