You create a list of Subscription Services you offer, along with an associated fee for each.
When you create a Customer Record, you select the Subscription Service once from a drop down list. You can amend the Service Info by using the For field for each account.
You select the Billing Frequency (Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, or Annually) and the 1st Month the Billing will be processed.
Example: The Subscription Service might be 10 X 20 Storage Unit (the fee might be $75.00), and the For field is Unit #10, with a Billing Frequency as Monthly commencing in June.Billing Accounts
Select Bill Accounts from the main menu. Select the Invoicing Cycle (Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, Annually or All)
Select the Billing Month and the grid will be populated with all accounts where billing for the selected month is required.
Companies not wishing to print invoices can simply uncheck the Print Invoices box and only account records will be created and recorded.
An Account Billing Record is created for each selected account.
Use Citrus Label Center (a free applet) to create Outgoing and Return Address Mailing labels.
